I was so excited when I got the call from Haley to do a grad shoot on campus. After a crazy couples years we’ve all come to realize the importance of documenting the major moments in our lives. While at UO, Haley participated in greek life with Kappa Kappa Gamma. She decided she wanted not only photos of herself, but her sisters as well.
We had the best time walking through University of Oregon campus like we owned the place. We went to all the popular spots as well as all the little places that were special to each girl. I suggested ending our session by crossing the iconic footbridge and shooting over by Autzen Stadium because you just HAVE to.
I enjoyed getting to know each of these girls and learning more about their experiences, their majors and their plans for the future. Being a UO grad myself it was cathartic to reminisce about my time there. It was fascinating how much things have changed – yet how they are also the same. So much of our college experience is about the relationships we make. I was so glad to see this group of girls really take the time to document this big life moment so they can remember the sisterhood they have created and solidify the memories they will forever share.
